Thermal Overprinting is generally more suitable for small run printing required in a shorter turnaround times. Silkscreen printing is most suited to larger volume requirements where the artwork consists of solid colours and Logo’s requiring specific PMS colours. Offset printing is most suited to larger volume requirements where the artwork is often a picture with colour gradients and fine detail.
