Multimedia Operator


FATS Digital is a leading Australian owned company with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We offer Blu-ray/DVD authoring, editing, and multimedia services to the entertainment & production industries.

We have a rare opportunity for the right individual to join our multimedia team in Chatswood, NSW.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

  • QC video & audio material.
  • Ingest & Prepare content for DVD and Blu-ray.
  • Create Media Files in various formats.

You will need to be:

  • Well organised.
  • Articulate, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • A team player who loves the technology and continuously seeks to enhance their knowledge.

Essential skills:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Final Cut Pro or similar software.
  • Experience in the technical assessment of programme material.
  • An understanding of Post Production workflow.
  • Good computer skills (Mac & PC).
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with a variety of Broadcast file formats.
  • Experience with DVD Authoring.
